Down Syndrome Ireland is delighted to announce an exciting new two-year partnership with Hays Ireland, marking a significant commitment to advancing employment opportunities, fostering inclusivity, and promoting independence for individuals with Down syndrome.

The partnership was solidified through an internal vote by the Hays Ireland Team, demonstrating a strong alignment of values and objectives between both organisations.

This partnership will take a multifaceted approach, combining employee fundraising initiatives and hands-on skills volunteering at Hays Ireland. In addition to these efforts, Hays will prioritise its support for Down Syndrome Ireland by expanding employment opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome. Hays Ireland’s dedicated team will actively contribute to Down Syndrome Ireland's National Employment Programme, providing invaluable insights into CV preparation, mastering job interview strategies, and other essential techniques.

At the core of this partnership are shared values centered on empowering individuals to succeed and nurturing meaningful, lifelong relationships. This partnership symbolises a commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of people with Down syndrome by enhancing their prospects in the job market.
