B2B Marketing Executive – Up to €55,000 DOE - Dublin 24

Your new role

You will join a dynamic and growing technology organisation as a B2B Marketing Executive, responsible for driving local marketing strategy while collaborating with a wider European marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, manage rebranding initiatives following an acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.


Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local marketing plans, including vendor-sponsored campaigns and events.
  • Align local branding with group standards and integrate group-wide initiatives into local strategies.
  • Create lead generation programs and compelling B2B content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Plan and deliver multichannel campaigns targeting key B2B segments.
  • Collaborate with technology partners on joint campaigns and objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular analytics reports to stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and ensure consistent messaging.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven senior-level experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Advantageous: Experience in technology services or SaaS marketing, familiarity with ABM strategies, and knowledge of networking or cybersecurity sectors.
