Part III Architect 3+ years post registration experience

Our client is an award winning Irish architecture practice based in Galway that is committed to excellence. Their projects can be seen across the country, with a large portion in the west of Ireland. The practice is particularly recognised for its residential, cultural, and public projects. They are seeking to recruit a Part III Architect to work on a variety of projects across Ireland. This is an office based role in Galway.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Part III Architect to join one of the top practices in the west of Ireland. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ postgraduate professional experience and a strong interest in delivering high quality, design led architecture. Experience working on large scale high density residential projects, commercial, industrial and public sector works from concept through to completion. Contribute to design development with a high level of attention to context, materiality, and detail. Ability to use initiative and have strong problem solving abilities. Prepare and coordinate planning, tender, and construction documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities. Attend site meetings and assist with onsite inspections and contract administration. Support the delivery of projects to high design and technical standards

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have the relevant qualifications in architecture and a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience. Previous experience working with an architectural firm in Ireland is required. You must be proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD. Demonstrate your design skills with a detailed portfolio or residential, commercial or industrial projects. Excellent design and technical skills. Strong hand-sketching & drawing abilities.
