Your new role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Working Foreman to join our team on a Dublin-based project. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong trade experience who can lead by example while managing site activities and ensuring high standards of quality construction. Duties include:

  • Supervise and lead site operatives to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Work hands-on alongside the team while managing tasks and timelines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with Site Manager and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
  • Monitor quality construction and ensure standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong trade background (e.g., carpentry, masonry, or general construction).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Safe Pass and relevant certifications (e.g., Manual Handling, CSCS).
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices on site.
