Your new role

As a Web sales specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital customer experience, engaging with customers via phone, email, and webchat to convert enquiries into sales. You’ll support logistics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with marketing to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in online sales or customer service
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and a team player
• Excellent IT and phone skills
• Experience in digital retail environments; furniture knowledge is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
