Your new role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the company’s supply chain, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, assembly, and dispatch of healthcare products. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders to a high standard, using internal inventory systems to maintain full traceability and stock accuracy. The role also involves organising outbound shipments, conducting stock checks and cycle counts, liaising with internal teams, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Good organisational and immunocompetent skills in a fast‑paced setting
• Basic IT skills and experience using inventory or warehouse systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
