A leading property consultancy firm with a strong reputation in the commercial real estate sector is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Surveyor to join its Valuation and Advisory team. Your New Role

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will support senior team members in delivering high-quality property valuations and landlord and tenant advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with property inspections and measured surveys
  • Researching and analysing comparable market data
  • Drafting valuation reports and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining and updating a database of comparable transactions
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial property types. You will also benefit from a structured APC programme designed to support your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.


What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should bring a mix of academic qualifications, technical skills, and personal attributes, including:
  • A SCSI-accredited property degree (e.g., BSc in Property Economics or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to research and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A professional and personable manner, with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • The ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
