Your new role

As Treasury Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic Group Treasury function. This 12-month contract (9+3) offers broad exposure to treasury activities within a global environment. The role places strong emphasis on payments and settlements, requiring precision and reliability across multiple banking platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure smooth execution of treasury transactions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing and verifying treasury settlements and third-party payments
  • Performing daily settlement controls and resolving exceptions
  • Managing trade confirmations and reconciliations across multiple banking systems
  • Maintaining static data and updating rates in the Treasury Management System
  • Supporting the implementation and migration to a new Treasury Management System
  • Coordinating KYC/AML documentation and audit support
  • Administering bank mandates and user access across various banking platforms
  • General office management duties

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring:
  • A business-related degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking
  • Proven experience in processing payments and settlements across multiple banking systems
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, reconciliations, and trade confirmations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (desirable)
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A responsible, diligent, and flexible team-player attitude
