Hays have partnered with a fantastic company in Limerick in their search for a Training & Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

In this role, you will guide learners through onboarding and progress tracking, and ensure every programme meets high standards of quality and timeliness. You’ll liaise daily with clients, tutors, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain a seamless experience from start to finish.

You will coordinate all aspects of the training programmes—managing budgets and timelines, maintaining accurate documentation for design, delivery, and assessment, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive both client and business success. You’ll help build and sustain a diverse tutor panel, match expertise to course needs, improve existing processes, spark innovation in programme development, and foster a truly collaborative environment.

As the successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business (or similar), at least 3 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or project management, and ideally some FE/HE programmes development exposure. You’re a natural multitasker with exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage conflict and tight deadlines. A full, clean drivers licence is essential.
