Training & Mentoring Specialist | Dublin City/Hybrid & Nationwide Travel | 6–12 months | €55,000-€60,000 DOE

Your new company

As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6–12 months depending on business requirements. You will have a hybrid working model, 2–3 days providing in-person training nationwide and 2 days working from home.

Your new role

As Training & Mentoring Specialist, you will deliver training sessions to field and office-based staff across Ireland; create and adapt training materials from technical documentation (slides, one-pagers); provide mentorship to ~10 individuals, including regular check-ins and progress tracking; coordinate and manage training sessions with support from other business areas; maintain attendance records and follow-up documentation; support remote training delivery via Zoom or similar platforms and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience delivering technical/process training with experience in a highly regulated environment, company driven industry. You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS Suite and Work & Asset Management Systems (e.g. Maximo), experience with handheld units in ad advantage. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
