As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will ensure tenders and contracts are delivered in strict compliance with EU Procurement Regulations. You will provide expert procurement guidance to business owners, ensuring robust governance over tenders. This role involves preparing and coordinating strategic OJEU and stand-alone tender documentation, overseeing the tender process, and supporting evaluation teams through scoring sessions and supplier award processes in line with governance and internal policies. Acting as a point of escalation for the Tender Delivery Team, you will maintain effective internal controls, drive adherence to policies, and deliver a responsive, high-quality support service across the organisation. You will champion compliance with the Supply Chain Governance Framework, lead on delivering tenders according to the approved Demand Plan, and collaborate with Tender Delivery Managers to identify efficiencies and promote continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Supply Chain Strategy, Legal, Business Services, and Delivery Partners will be central to your success, alongside fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
