Your new company
As a Temporary Receptionist, you will join a reputable business innovation centre that is designed for start-ups and growing enterprises. Your new office is located in South Dublin and is easily accessible via public transport. You will join your new organisation on a temporary part-time basis to cover annual leave.
Your new role
As receptionist, you will manage a busy front-of-house desk, meeting and greeting. Your day-to-day duties will include a variety of tasks ranging from reception to administration support, including but limited to preparing mail, general administration, managing calls and emails and dealing with walk-in queries.
This will be an excellent opportunity for you to gain front-of-house and administrative experience in a reputable organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent relevant reception or front-of-house experience. You will be able to efficiently multitask and prioritise tasks. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Strong IT skills, including MS Suite, are necessary.
