Your new role
- Managing the front desk and handling incoming calls
- Greeting guests and coordinating meeting room bookings
- Supporting general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assisting with ad hoc duties to support the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Availability for the full duration of the assignment
