Your new company

Join a leading retail organisation with a strong presence across Ireland. Their Head Office in Tallaght is seeking a temporary administrator to support their finance team during the busy Christmas period.


Your new role

You’ll be assisting with the gift card process, managing a high volume of requests and ensuring accurate and timely processing. This is a key support role within the finance team, helping to maintain smooth operations during peak season.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with SAP is an advantage but not essential.
  • Availability to work on-site full-time for the first two weeks, with hybrid working (2 days from home) available thereafter
