Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical Lead, or Software Engineer with 10 years+ of experience looking to step up into a team lead role.
• You will be working with Java/Jakarta EE Application development, including Java 17 and newer versions.
• Demonstrated expertise with Continuous Integration and Continuous (CI/CD) delivery practices using Jenkins or similar tools
• Experience working in Test-Driven Development, ensuring all production code is designed, written, and evolved through a test-first approach using frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
• Demonstrated experience with Pair and Mob/Ensemble Programming, focused on delivering value in small increments with short feedback loops and continuous knowledge sharing within the team.
• Experience with AWS in a commercial setting would be advantageous.
