Your New Role
To manage a team of fabric technicians responsible for routine preventative, reactive and remedial building fabric maintenance.
Typical activities may include minor civil repairs on roadways or buildings, furniture repairs, equipment removal, carpentry, plumbing, painting, joinery, facade maintenance, drain or gutter maintenance, sweeping, snow or ice clearance, door maintenance, and roof maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible to manage a team of fabric technicians responsible for routine preventative, reactive and remedial building fabric maintenance.
  • Some responsibilities may include civil repairs on roadways or buildings, furniture repairs, equipment removal, carpentry, plumbing, painting, joinery, facade maintenance, drain or gutter maintenance, sweeping, snow or ice clearance, door maintenance, and roof maintenance.
  • Make sure that all work is completed within the stated timeframes and that the safe work procedures (RA, MS, SPA, and permits) are followed.
  • When required, to finish modest projects fully responsible, including planning, procuring parts, installing, testing, commissioning, and documenting the process.
  • To keep track of work activities by updating and using site CMMS systems.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of buildings, workspaces, and storage facilities.
  • To strive for the highest levels of craftsmanship by embracing a right-first-time mentality, a continual improvement program, and pride in one's work.
  • To guarantee thorough contractor management, help with the on-site direct supervision of our clients' suppliers and contractors.
  • To be pliable and able to adjust to new procedures, equipment, plants, or working methods.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Carpentry background
  • Experience in facilities management or building services industry/consultancy.
  • Familiarity with M&E equipment.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems.
  • Experience in building environmental/energy efficiency.
  • IT Skills preferred
