Technical Administrator - €35,000 - €45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Your New Role
Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join their Maintenance Team, providing key administrative and technical support to the Sales and Service functions. Operating in a collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer focus and play an important role in supporting business growth. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to both the sales and maintenance teams.
  • Generate new sales enquiries and enhance awareness of the company’s products and services across the client base and nationwide.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding, managing, and meeting their needs.
  • Negotiate tender documents and contract terms to satisfy both client expectations and company requirements.
  • Prepare customer quotations and manage the administration of client accounts.
  • Deliver technical assistance during the pre‑sales process.
  • Support after‑sales activities and supply technical backup whenever needed.
  • Produce reports for the Maintenance Manager and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records.
  • Achieve regular sales targets and coordinate the delivery of sales projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and engage with other technical specialists as required.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Prior experience in an engineering or construction environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with the capacity to manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced setting with competing demands.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer‑focused approach, with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to consistently meeting and surpassing client expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Full driving licence required, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
