New Opportunity, ready to start as Ireland's new Tax Manager in a great company.

Your new company
Globally, the company has over 60,000 employees, over $6 Billion in Revenue and is a very solid company. In Ireland, the company has multiple sites, including a SSC. This position is based at the Irish HQ, which manages all things finance and has full operations on-site where the laboratories are at the beating heart of this business. I have been dealing with the group for over 12 years and the feedback from placed accountants has always been highly positive.
Ample parking in state-of-the-art facilities, good culture with an experienced Finance Director that is bringing the business on a nice trajectory that requires a competent Tax Manager to support on all things TAX.


Your new role
As Tax Manager, you will support the Irish entities and report to both the Finance Director and the Group Head of Tax.
Ideally, you have experience in the tax department of a large accounting firm and/or in industry with a focus on corporate tax-related matters.
The role includes owning the corporate tax compliance process, computing local tax accruals and deferred tax assets and liabilities, identifying risks and process improvements, and managing tax audits, queries and submissions to tax authorities for all tax heads.
This is a hybrid working pattern with 2 days in the office and comes with a salary of upto €75,000 + bonus + pension + healthcare and more.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You must be a qualified Tax Professional, CTA, AITI.
  • Ideally, you will also be a Qualified Accountant, Chartered, ACA, ACCA, CPA.
  • Experience in the tax department of a large accounting firm and/or in industry with a focus on corporate tax-related matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools.
  • Rigorous and strong technical/analytical skills, detail oriented.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
