As Talent Specialist, you will join a not-for-Profit that supports individuals with disabilities. Your new office is located in D7 and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team to support with a busy time period for 2 months.

As Talent Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, overseeing the contract stage, carrying out pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding, record management, processing garda vetting, support with candidate queries and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role managing the full recruitment life cycle with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
