Your new role

They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
• Source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and careers events.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, recruitment in the construction industry is desirable but not required.
