The role involves close collaboration with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and integration teams to support strategic workforce planning and prioritisation. Key responsibilities include developing direct sourcing strategies, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, managing recruitment analytics and KPIs, and overseeing vendor relationships. The Specialist will also coordinate intern and student programmes, support employer branding initiatives, and act as a point of contact for internal candidates.
