Your new employer is a leading Irish semi-state service provider. They are committed to growth, innovation and sustainability continues to be top of their agenda. They now require a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month basis.

Your new role

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, responsive support across a wide spectrum of HR functions. You’ll be responsible for key transactional services, including payroll and pensions processing, Learning & Development administration, and managing employee benefits and schemes such as Long Service Awards, TaxSaver, and Cycle to Work. Your recruitment support will be hands-on, from placing job advertisements and coordinating interviews to handling reference checks, medicals, and preparing comprehensive contract packs and employee correspondence. You’ll manage onboarding and exit processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance standards are met. In addition, you’ll produce regular HR reports, respond to queries through ServiceNow, email, and phone, and maintain accurate record-keeping in line with data protection guidelines. Your work will also involve supporting HRIS training on MyWork, processing Oracle payments, and participating in HR projects alongside Business Partners. With a strong service ethic and attention to detail, you’ll help shape a smooth and engaging employee experience across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will possess a minimum of two years' general administrative experience, with exposure to HR functions considered advantageous. You will demonstrate the ability to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and managing competing priorities. Familiarity with HR systems and tools, particularly for administrative and reporting tasks, will be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain productive working relationships and foster cooperation to achieve shared goals. A proactive attitude towards learning and the application of new skills will be expected, along with a commitment to high standards of performance and consistent delivery of results.
