Your new company
One of Ireland’s longest-established stockbroking firms is looking for a Switch-Board Operator.
Your new role
Join our team as a communicative and reliable Switchboard Operator to provide relief cover during planned leave periods in our vibrant office located on Dawson St, Dublin 2!

  • Engage Callers: Serve as the first point of contact, handling inbound calls with professionalism.
  • Route Efficiently: Accurately assess and transfer calls to the right departments.
  • Flexible Availability: Covers planned absences, starting from 24 August to 12 September, plus potential December shifts.
  • Thrive in a Dynamic Role: Use your clear communication skills in a temporary, on-call position.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent customer service skills with previous experience within a busy customer-facing environment. You will be a strong team player who understands the importance of working effectively with others. An interest in the banking industry is essential.
Experience of the switch system Cicso Attendant Console.
