Steel Fixer / Duct Layer – Utilities Project | Douglas

Hays Recruitment is working alongside a well established Civils Contractor to appoint an experienced Steel Fixer / Duct Layer for utilities works on a busy project in Douglas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing site team delivering essential infrastructure upgrades.

Role Overview
  • Installing ducting and associated utilities infrastructure
  • Carrying out steel fixing duties to support reinforced concrete works
  • Working safely within an active civils environment
  • Supporting site progress with reliable, high quality workmanship
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in ducting, utilities, or civils projects
  • Strong background in steel fixing
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a coordinated team
  • Relevant site tickets and safety certifications
