We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver cloud and hybrid architectures, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You will work across infrastructure, integration, data, and application platforms, collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and on-premise architectures aligned to strategic goals.

• Define Azure based solutions using services such as Azure Functions, Containers, App Service, and Azure SQL.

• Work closely with engineering, data, and application teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, architecture standards, and security policies.

• Develop and maintain architecture principles, standards, documentation, and reference architectures.

• Review existing architectures to identify risks, improvements, and optimisation opportunities.

• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.

• Clearly communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  Experience
  

• 5–7+ years in a Solution/Technical Architecture role.

• 3+ years working in an Azure focused cloud environment.

• Proven experience defining solution designs and leading technical direction.

• Experience with hybrid and highly integrated environments.

• Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) desirable.
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.

• Broad technical understanding of applications, integrations, data platforms, infrastructure, and networks.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into cohesive solution designs.

• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
  
  Education & Certifications
  

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  

• Azure and architecture certifications desirable.
