We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help shape the future of our engineering team. As our first hire in this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering to drive execution, set the technical bar, and lead a small, high-performing team.

This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful products from the ground up, influence architecture and culture, and deliver innovations that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of 2–4 engineers in designing, developing, and delivering key product features
• Act as both product owner and technical program manager for your area
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using modern web and cloud technologies
• Drive technical innovation and ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate across teams and with customers to align on roadmap and execution

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or Go, with a nice to have full-stack development (React.js, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript) but again not needed.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid grasp of CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, async programming
• Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, and a forward-looking view on how to leverage them effectively
• A curious mindset, ownership mentality, and a bias for action
