Snagger – Commercial Building Project
Hays Recruitment is seeking an experienced Snagger to join our client’s team on a large commercial building project located in the city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile development with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete snagging tasks across commercial units
- Identify, record, and resolve defects to a high standard
- Work closely with site management and trades to close out outstanding works.
- Ensure all finishes meet required quality and compliance standards
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven previous snagging experience
- Strong knowledge of finishing standards and defect identification
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Valid Safe Pass
