Snagger | Ovens | Short Term

We are seeking an experienced Snagger to join our client's team in Ovens. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and rectifying defects on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards before handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect completed construction work for defects and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare snagging lists and coordinate remedial work.
  • Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all snagging activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in snagging or finishing trades (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Own transport and tools preferred.
