Your new contractor

Your new organisation has been trading for over 20 years within the construction industry. Operating across Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales, they have built up a strong portfolio of projects within the residential, healthcare, student accommodation, hotels, education, leisure, commercial and retail sectors for many longstanding, prestigious clients. They are a prominent contractor specialising in a range of services, such as professional installation of metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, drylining, plastering, skimming, SFS and insulation.

Your new position

Your new role is either paid by the hour or on a salary. The organisation is flexible on both options.
You will be based initially on a luxury apartment project in Sandymount for the next 3–6 months - and then move onto another Dublin-based project thereafter. You will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating drylining activities on-site
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Manage and motivate teams of dryliners and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including main contractors, project managers etc.

What you'll need to be successful

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in drylining, internal fit-out work, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• An immediate start is also available.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will work for a leading specialist contractor with a presence on some of Dublin's largest and most prestigious developments.

You will be the main management contact of the organisation on site daily.

You will be paid a strong salary or hourly rate for this role. This will depend on whether you are a PAYE worker or self-employed - hourly paid bands are between €28 and €37 per hour, for every hour worked on site.
Salaries would be flexible and up to €70,000 for the right person. This would include a benefits package on top of that.
You will have the opportunity to progress and develop further into more senior management roles on site and be supported in your day-to-day.
It is a good contractor to work for, with exposure to some of Dublin's largest projects.
