We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to help scale and stabilise our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work across engineering, DevOps, and client teams to drive automation, reliability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems on Azure

• Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring (IaC with Bicep/Terraform/ARM)

• Lead incident response and post-mortems

• Optimise performance through load testing and distributed architecture

• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and capacity planning

• Join client-facing service reviews and support discussions

What You Bring

• Proven SRE or DevOps experience in a SaaS environment

• Deep knowledge of Azure services and automation (PowerShell, IaC)

• Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus)

• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and incident tools (PagerDuty, ServiceNow)

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Azure certifications a plus
