Site Manager Required for a Tier 1 Contractor (Residential Project) €75,000 - €85,000 + a Commercial Vehicle.

To continue their growth and expansion, they are looking to hire a Site Manager for a large-scale residential project in Dublin.

Your new role

Your new role will be as Site Manager on a large-scale residential project. The project consists of a mix of 50+ residential units including houses and apartments. You will be responsible for the supervision of the construction on site, supporting the Project Manager to help deliver the project and to meet the clients' expectations. You will be in charge of the management and coordination of both direct site staff and subcontractors. Each week, you will have a meeting with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager with your updates on the project. You will be in regular communication with the companies senior management team and professional progression within the company is supported.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will ideally have a construction-related degree or come from a trades background.

• 5 years + experience in a Site Management role with a Residential developer or Main Contractor is required.

• You must have a strong knowledge of MS platforms and be willing to progress with an ever-growing company.

• You must have a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and sub-contractors.
