Your new role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, oversee health and safety compliance, and liaise with the project team to ensure smooth execution of all construction phases. You’ll play a key role in driving progress and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and project scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Valid Safe Pass, manual handling, and relevant site management certifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
