Your new role


As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major projects in the Irish Midlands. This is a leadership role that requires you to manage all aspects of on-site operations, from coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will oversee scheduling, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards throughout the build. Your role will also involve liaising with clients, architects, and senior management to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery. This position demands strong organisational skills, the ability to resolve challenges quickly, and a proactive approach to maintaining momentum on-site. You will be the driving force behind ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Competence in maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Familiarity with modern construction techniques and materials.
  • Valid Safe Pass and other relevant certifications.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards and quality assurance.
