General Foreman / Site Manager – Clarehall – Hourly or Salary Paid Role

Your New Company:
Your new organisation is a third generation construction developer that has a strong reputation for delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the wider Leinster region. They are known for “building a legacy, brick by brick,” with consistent delivery of high-quality projects. They have a strong emphasis on sustainability, health & safety, and community engagement. They have a tight subcontractor crew who support them, and they have a strong client base established in their 50 years of operation.


Your New Role & Responsibilities:
This role can be paid on either an hourly rate or on a salary basis. There is a great level of flexibility within this organisation. Your new role within the company is to be a General Foreman / Site Manager on a traditional residential build project in Clarehall, North Dublin.
This project is approaching a new phase and consists of over 200 units.
There is support on this project by means of engineers and a project manager.


Selection of Duties
  • Help develop, plan and implement the programme of work
  • Responsibility for management of subcontractors and employees on site
  • Ensuring that the highest levels of safety and quality standards are met on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with Building Regs, Fire Regs etc.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Third Level Degree or a trade background
  • Prior experience in a site management / supervisory role with a building contractor or residential developer
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the client, relevant staff and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative where situations arise, and offer that confidence and support to site teams.

You will have the option of either an hourly rate or salary.
This can be up to €45 per hour depending on experience levels (€80,000-€110,000 typically, 45–50 hours per week).
Salaries are in the region of €80,000 to €90,000 + either a vehicle or allowances and performance bonuses.
Your experience level and what you can bring to the team will dictate where you fall in that range.
You can also expect package reviews after a 6-month period.
