Their team is dedicated to excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. This leading civil contractor delivers projects nationwide within Civils, drainage & utilities (water & electricity). Due to continued expansion, they require multiple Site Engineers across Dublin.
Your New Role
As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
- Conduct Site Surveying and Setting Out.
- Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
- Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
- Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
- Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
- Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout the site.
- Liaise with Clients / Consultancies when necessary.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- A full Irish driving license is essential.
- Proven experience in site engineering within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
