Your new role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for setting out, surveying, and overseeing day-to-day site operations. Your duties will include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing quality control, and maintaining accurate site records. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally within the Irish construction sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in setting out using GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to various sites if required.
