Your new role


As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a major mixed-use development. Your responsibilities will include setting out, surveying, and ensuring that all works are executed in line with design specifications and quality standards. You will manage technical aspects of the build, coordinate with site management and subcontractors, and maintain accurate records of progress. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and assist in resolving technical challenges as they arise. This role demands precision, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team to keep the project on schedule and within budget.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of setting out, surveying, and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with modern construction technologies and software.
  • Valid Safe Pass and other relevant certifications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills for reporting and project management tools.
