Site Admin Document Controller

5-Week Contract | Dublin City

Join a well-established and highly regarded organisation at the forefront of delivering major development projects across Dublin. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to excellence, this company is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support its dynamic team for a 5-week period (open to extension). The office is centrally located in Dublin City and easily accessible via public transport.

Your New Role
As Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing construction documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Working primarily within SharePoint, your responsibilities will include:
  • Restructuring existing files to align with naming conventions
  • Developing SharePoint document structures and templates
  • Maintaining and enhancing document control processes and procedures
  • Training staff on SharePoint usage
  • Supporting senior management and project teams with RFIs, workflows, change orders, and site instructions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
You’ll bring recent experience in a similar document control role, ideally within the construction or engineering sector. Key requirements include:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced SharePoint skills (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in managing documentation workflows and supporting project teams will make you a standout candidate.
