A part-time Administrator is needed in Raheen, for a flexible temporary role supporting onsite operations.

A well ‑ established organisation in Raheen, Limerick is seeking a part ‑ time Administrator to support onsite operations. This is a temporary role, offering flexibility around working hours. You will join a busy environment where high standards, teamwork, and strong communication are valued.

Your new role

As a key member of the onsite team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across daily operations, documentation management, and onboarding activities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting onsite management with daily planning and scheduling
  • Coordinating the full client onboarding process (induction, onboarding, site access requests, support throughout the employee lifecycle)
  • Managing all safety documentation and submitting required information to relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting the commercial team with preparing and submitting tender documentation and quotations
  • Creating and maintaining document workflows on the client’s EMS system
  • Preparing documentation for site teams and key stakeholders
  • Coordinating quality controls to ensure all deliverables meet required standards
  • Formatting, updating, and overhauling documents into the client’s required layout
  • Acting as the main point of contact for project document control
This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure, remain organised, and handle a broad scope of administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • Previous experience supporting large ‑ scale projects in an administrative capacity
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to support commercial documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience with EIDA and the commercial aspects of site work (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and document ‑ control skills
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
