Service Manager - Planning and Coordinating Service

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating service activities across a team of engineers and service fitters. You will manage job scheduling, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all service work is delivered on time and to the highest standards. A key part of your role will involve maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You’ll also support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a service coordination, engineering, or maintenance management role
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and teams
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
