Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dublin West - UP to €50k DOE

A leading European engineering and construction organisation specialising in complex infrastructure projects is seeking to expand its Dublin-based team. Your new role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth by identifying and attracting top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and agency partners, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate the selection process, and support offer negotiations.
Additionally, you will track recruitment activity, analyse hiring metrics, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes. You will also represent the organisation at recruitment events and build strong pipelines of future talent.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have prior extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. You will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience as an agency recruiter in the Construction & Property Specialism is highly desirable**
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media sourcing, and agency management
  • A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to build relationships and think strategically about talent pipelines.
