What You’ll Do

• Build and own backend systems that power reasoning, memory, and workflow automation for AI agents.

• Integrate AI agents with clinical and scheduling platforms.

• Improve performance, reliability, and observability across AI pipelines.

• Work closely with founders, product, and customers to shape agent behaviour and system design.

• Influence engineering culture and long-term AI architecture.
  
  What We’re Looking For
  

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong Python expertise and ownership of production systems.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and IaC.

• Strong architectural thinking, ideally with AI, data, or real-time systems.

• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous, high ownership environments.

• Product-minded and user-focused.
