As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join their team on a major project in Dublin.

Your new role

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities on site, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and compliance with design specifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing site engineering functions and supervising junior engineers.
  • Setting out, surveying, and ensuring dimensional accuracy of works.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team.
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure buildability and compliance.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
  • Supporting the implementation of digital construction tools and techniques.
You will be working on a high-profile project with a team of experienced professionals, contributing to the delivery of a technically challenging and rewarding build.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a site engineering role, ideally with a Tier One contractor.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and engineering principles.
  • Experience working on large-scale residential, civil, industrial or data centre projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD).
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
