Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer - South Dublin/Wicklow

Your New Role


As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to our construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitoring project progress and controlling costs.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years on residential projects
  • Professional membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
