Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director – Cork

A major residential development programme in Cork is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director to join a high performing in house Cost Management team. This is a standout opportunity to work across one of Ireland’s most significant housing pipelines, with full lifecycle exposure from feasibility to delivery.

The Role
  • Prepare feasibility studies, development budgets and viability assessments.
  • Lead cost modelling, procurement and financial analysis.
  • Manage design team and contractor engagement.
  • Oversee development budgets, post contract costs and financial reporting.
  • Review external QS reports and ensure robust cost governance.
  • Support Development and Construction Managers across multiple live projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of cost systems, processes and databases.
About You
  • 8+ years’ experience with a Contractor, PQS or Developer.
  • Strong background in residential delivery at senior QS/SQS/AD level.
  • Experience leading QS teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying + Chartered (MSCSI/MRICS).
  • Advanced MS Excel capability.
