Your New Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-value, one-off housing, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be responsible for:
  • Leading cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Irish construction industry.
  • Proven track record working on large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, contract law, and procurement practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software
