Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Brings over 5 years of professional experience, with a strong record of managing Subcontractor and Client interactions related to valuations, variations, final accounts, and cost reporting.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of specifications, bills of quantities, and technical drawings.
- Highly skilled in extracting quantities from drawings and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain precise quotations within required deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various Quantity Surveying software tools.
- Demonstrated success in both Commercial and Residential construction projects.
- Extensive experience in managing budgets effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for delivering and clarifying accurate reports.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to structure the workday around priorities and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and strongly committed to achieving successful outcomes.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with diverse individuals.
