Your new role


As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a major commercial development in Dublin, a project that will set new standards in scale and complexity. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including strategic planning, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and driving performance across all phases.


What you'll need to succeed


To thrive in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing large-scale commercial projects within the construction sector. A deep understanding of Irish building regulations, health and safety compliance, and contract administration is essential. You should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong financial acumen, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in project management tools will be key. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is required, and professional accreditation (such as chartered status or PMP certification) will be a distinct advantage.
