Your new role

• Preparing monthly management accounts and compiling reports for senior management
• Analysing costs and revenues to ensure financial integrity
• Managing and maintaining accounting software, contributing to its development
• Ensuring Revenue compliance across VAT, RCT, and payroll functions
• Supporting the payroll process and liaising with relevant departments
• Assisting with the annual audit and financial reporting requirements
• Developing and managing financial systems and policies
• Providing expert support on construction-specific finance issues
• Communicating financial insights across departments and senior leadership

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Qualified by experience may also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in accountancy, ideally within the construction industry
• Must have longevity and stability in recent roles to be considered
