Your new role

• Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to clients.
• Prepare and review audit-exempt client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee client accounting records and final adjusted trial balances.
• Review and approve corporation and income tax computations and returns.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex accounting issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coach, supervise, and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Review financial statements, account files, and supporting documentation for compliance with professional standards.
• Contribute to firmwide initiatives and lead ad-hoc projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, company law, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
