Senior Financial Accountant Job FTC view to perm - South County Dublin - €70k+
Your new company
An engineering group in Dublin South are looking for a qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team of 6, initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract due to maternity leave cover, but there is a pathway mapped out for this role on a permanent basis, so this role has strong potential to convert to perm and perm benefits will apply. This is a well-established and renowned engineering group, operating in Ireland and the UK, growing steadily in turnover and headcount and they would love someone to join who intends to grow with the company. It's a supportive team that will offer career progression and exposure across the finance function.
Your new role
Working as a close no.2 to the Financial Controller, you will join a team of 6 people and as the Senior Financial Accountant you will be responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary between €70,000 - €80,000 DOE, however if less PQE salary would be commensurate with experience - please do still apply if less than 5 years' PQE. Full permanent benefits will apply for this role to include pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, paid overtime, medical eye tests, 5 days for CPD annually, Christmas bonus, wellness initiatives and free parking on site.
The hybrid working policy is 3 days in office and 2 days at home, although they would prefer you to be fully in the office for the probation period. Hybrid will kick in after your probation and you can apply for additional flexibility if your needs require this.
